Pros (+) No breakfast! Room stunk like wet dog, phone didn’t work and management yelled at my boyfriend when he asked for a refund! Unacceptable behavior as I was always taught that customer service is everything; not here! This place is disgusting, we will NOT be back!
Cons (-) Everything! Stains on the bed sheets and rude management. I cannot believe they actually treat people like that and allow people to stay in the rooms; that place needs bleach and a good customer service trainer!
