Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's peaceful, scenic location and the spacious, comfortable rooms, especially those with forest views. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, contributing positively to their stay. However, there were frequent complaints about poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, and a lack of value for the price paid. Some guests also noted that while the food and restaurant service were good for some, others found the food lacking. Overall, the location and natural surroundings were the highlights, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and value for money are needed.
