Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's location and, in some cases, the breakfast offerings, with several reviews highlighting proximity to attractions and restaurants. However, the majority of reviews expressed significant dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unchanged linens, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service was another major concern, with complaints about unhelpful or rude staff, slow response to requests, and poor restaurant service. Value for price was also criticized, with many guests feeling the hotel did not meet expectations for the cost. While a few reviews mentioned positive experiences with staff and room size, overall, the negatives outweighed the positives.
