Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many reviewers highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, noise from the surrounding area and within the hotel is a common complaint, especially for rooms facing busy streets or bars. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting issues in rooms and bathrooms. The lack of air conditioning and some basic amenities, such as fridges, is frequently mentioned as a drawback, particularly during warmer months.
