Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The breakfast is frequently highlighted as a standout feature, with many guests enjoying the variety and quality offered. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, experiences with service varied, with a few reporting unfriendly or inflexible interactions. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms and others pointing out issues such as dust or outdated furnishings. Noise levels, particularly from nearby streets, trams, or police sirens, were a common concern for several guests. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value for its location and breakfast, but improvements in service, cleanliness, and soundproofing could enhance the guest experience.
