Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near restaurants, stores, and local attractions. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, uncomfortable beds, and the quality and availability of breakfast. Service was also a recurring issue, with several guests reporting unhelpful or unfriendly staff and problems with management. While a few guests found the staff cordial and the hotel well-maintained, overall, negative experiences with cleanliness, breakfast, and service were prominent.

Pros (+) If was in the general area I needed to stay.

Pros (+) The lady that checked me in was super nice
Cons (-) There were bed bugs that I found in the morning on the bed and inside the towels in the bathroom. There was a pizza crust under the bed. There was dust coming out of the heater.

Pros (+) I have bites everywhere. I think people were using drugs in other rooms. The staff was rude watched one girl smoke a cigarette before she answered the front desk. Another staff member wasn't helpful when trying to confirm my reservations.
