Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near transport and the airport, as well as some positive comments about room size and staff friendliness in a few reviews. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing unhelpful or rude staff, long wait times, and poor management. Cleanliness was a major concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, old facilities, and issues in the bathrooms. Value for money was also criticized, as guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality and facilities provided. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and value.
