Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as cockroaches, dirty rooms, and unclean bedding. Many also complained about poor service, including rude staff, inadequate management, and unhelpful responses to complaints. Room size was frequently mentioned as being too small and cramped. Only a few reviews noted friendly staff or good location, but these were outweighed by the negative experiences.
