Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with their stay, particularly criticizing the service, with frequent mentions of rude or unhelpful staff, unclear policies, and issues with early check-in or extra charges. Room size was a common complaint, with many finding the rooms much smaller than expected or advertised. Breakfast was also a disappointment for several guests, who noted that it was either not provided, brought from outside, or of poor quality. While a few reviews mentioned average or decent cleanliness and a central location, these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences. Overall, the hotel failed to meet expectations for most guests, especially regarding value for money, service, and comfort.
