Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially for connectivity and proximity to key attractions, as a major advantage. Many reviews also mention the helpful and courteous staff, with several guests noting comfortable stays and good hospitality. However, there are frequent complaints about the hotel's old condition, ongoing renovations, cleanliness issues, and some amenities not meeting expectations. Opinions on value for money are mixed, with some guests feeling satisfied and others disappointed. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, the property’s age and maintenance detract from the experience for some visitors.
