Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, service, and room size, citing issues such as dirty facilities, poor staff behavior, and small, uncomfortable rooms. While a few reviews mentioned reasonable pricing and a convenient location, these positives were overshadowed by frequent complaints about unpleasant smells, unprofessional staff, and misleading photos. Only a handful of guests found the hotel suitable for budget travelers or praised the staff and safety, but overall, the negative aspects dominated the feedback.
