Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to transport and local amenities. However, there were widespread complaints about the small and congested room sizes, poor cleanliness, and disappointing service. Many reviewers also noted discrepancies between the advertised photos and the actual rooms, lack of basic amenities, and issues with staff behavior. Overall, while the location was a highlight, other aspects of the hotel did not meet guest expectations.
