Guests say

Guests frequently criticized the hotel for poor service, unprofessional staff, and lack of cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, bad smells, and inadequate housekeeping. Room size was also a common concern, with several guests finding the rooms too small and cramped for the price. However, some guests praised the breakfast quality and variety, as well as the hotel's central and convenient location. A few reviews highlighted positive experiences with clean rooms and courteous staff, but these were less common. Overall, while the location and breakfast received positive mentions, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and room comfort.
