Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a convenient location close to key destinations and generally decent breakfast offerings. However, many guests report significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as frequent sightings of bugs and ants. Noise is a common complaint, especially due to proximity to the freeway and ongoing construction. Service experiences are mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and accommodating, while others encountered unhelpful or rude behavior. Overall, while the hotel provides basic amenities and a good location, improvements in cleanliness and noise control are needed.
