Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in a few cases, friendly staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including billing problems, unhelpful management, and unfulfilled room requests. Bed comfort was a frequent complaint, with several guests describing the beds as hard or uncomfortable. Cleanliness and maintenance were also concerns, with some guests noting rundown facilities, unpleasant odors, and insufficient cleaning. Overall, while the location and occasional positive staff interactions were appreciated, the hotel received criticism for service, comfort, and cleanliness.

Pros (+) Good location - easy on and off the highway. Pet friendly.
Cons (-) The smell in the room triggered my asthma and allergies. I realize it was probably a combination of cleaners and air freshener, but I ended up with fairly severe breathing problems from it.
