Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were extremely dissatisfied with their stay, repeatedly citing severe cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, unhygienic bathrooms, stained linens, and even health hazards like mold and bed bugs. Many reviewers also complained about poor service, including unhelpful staff, delayed check-ins, lack of basic amenities, and frequent power outages. Several guests felt misled by photos online, reporting that the actual hotel condition was much worse than advertised and not worth the price paid. However, a few guests mentioned that the hotel's location is convenient, being close to Nakki Lake and the market, and some found the basic facilities acceptable.
