Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions and amenities. Some guests also highlighted friendly and helpful staff members, particularly mentioning positive experiences with individuals at the front desk. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, unclean towels, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service quality was also a concern for many, with reports of unfriendly or inattentive staff and issues during check-in. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it basic but acceptable.
