Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing serious cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, presence of bugs, unpleasant odors, and lack of basic amenities like towels and toilet paper. Service was frequently described as unhelpful or disorganized, with problems during check-in and unresponsive staff. Several reviews mentioned uncomfortable beds and concerns about safety, including suspicious activity and feeling unsafe at night. Only a few guests noted positives, such as a convenient location or friendly front desk staff, but these were rare compared to the overwhelmingly negative feedback.
