We stayed at La Quinta for 2 nights - my son played in a near by golf tournament. The hotel was clean, and friendly staff however, the hotel was not at 100% occupancy- in fact, the parking lot was rather empty yet they checked in a couple (and what sounded like a bird or cat) next door to our room - their volume did NOT subside thus, I had to call the front desk 3x’s for help with asking the hotel...

Pros (+) Great location. Modern rooms with all of the needed amenities.
Cons (-) Not too sure of how well they are observing protocols for COVID-19. We've stayed here twice in the last month. The first time, the sheets had hairs on them so they had to bring us clean sheets. This puts into question how well they cleaned since the last guest. The tissue box was also nearly empty. The second time, even though they have clear mask policies, there were at least 6 people sitting in ...

Pros (+) Excellent service, they let us have breakfast even though we were an hour late. Complementary drinks and snacks were a very nice surprise.
Cons (-) At check we weren't really informed of breakfast time, check out time, pool opening hours etc. Couldn't find the information in the room either.

Pros (+) The hotel was super nice. I was in one room, someone else was in another, and a friend was next to that one. Unfortunately the person between us had no sense of the sound of the TV. Once he finally shut it off, it was all good. I will say the hotel is new and nice and I defiantly rely recommended it.
