Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent location in the city center, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. While some appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the value for price, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, extra charges for parking, and inconsistent service. Several reviews mention issues with room comfort, amenities not matching descriptions, and noise. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, transparency about fees, and service consistency.
