Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as the presence of insects. Noise was a frequent complaint, with disturbances from both inside and outside the hotel. Some guests also found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the service and location were positives, maintenance and comfort need improvement.
