Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests found the hotel to be conveniently located near public transport and appreciated its affordable pricing. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and problems with the bathrooms, such as lack of amenities and poor maintenance. While some guests felt safe and enjoyed the quiet surroundings, others were disappointed by the lack of air conditioning, small room sizes, and misleading advertising. The staff received occasional praise for their helpfulness, but recurring negative feedback centered on the need for better upkeep and more transparent communication about facilities.

Pros (+) - location (no hotels in Outremont) - staff is nice
Cons (-) - accessibility (no parking close to the building) - the room was on the 17th floor, no wifi available unless you go down to the 7th floor. I could connect thanks to a free unlocked student wifi... - no clear indications to reach the right building (even on campus map signs)
