Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, particularly at the reception, describing staff as unhelpful or even rude. Breakfast is frequently criticized for limited options and poor quality, while cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some finding rooms clean and others noting issues. Parking is also mentioned as expensive or limited. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, service and amenities often disappoint.
