Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful service, as well as the comfort of the beds. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many, with several reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking in quality or variety. Noise levels, particularly from poorly insulated rooms and loud doors, were also mentioned as a negative aspect. Overall, while the staff and bedding were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and noise insulation are needed.
