Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel's location was also noted as convenient by several guests. However, there were repeated complaints about the breakfast, with guests finding it overpriced, lacking variety, or not included. Other recurring issues included maintenance problems, outdated facilities, and occasional noise or comfort concerns. Overall, while the service and cleanliness stood out positively, improvements are needed in amenities and upkeep.

Wonderful
John, Apr 2018
Pros (+) Location, facilities, quality and staff were excellent.
Cons (-) Shower control design was inscrutable. Might have been simply worn, but you had to push in the handle while turning it to turn on and control the water flow. We had to call for help. Also the system of having one person at breakfast seat people, take orders and deliver them doesn’t work very well and should be addressed.
