Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breathtaking location, beautiful views, and proximity to nature attractions like waterfalls and jungle trails. Many enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as varied and delicious, and appreciated the scenic pool area. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, particularly at reception, and occasional lapses in cleanliness. Some guests noted the property is not easily accessible for those with mobility issues due to steep hills and many stairs. Overall, the natural setting and amenities like the pool and breakfast stood out as highlights, while service and accessibility could be improved.
