Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for transportation and exploring the area. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, describing staff as rude or unhelpful, and several mention problems with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and common areas. Bed comfort is also a frequent complaint, with many finding the beds hard or uncomfortable. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some appreciating its inclusion and others finding it limited or lacking variety. Overall, while the location is a strong point, service and cleanliness need substantial improvement.
