Guests overwhelmingly praised the warm and attentive service, highlighting the friendliness and hospitality of the hosts. The location, described as peaceful, charming, and convenient, was another major positive, with many appreciating the beautiful gardens and tranquil atmosphere. The pool was frequently mentioned as a welcome feature, especially during hot weather. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were also noted positively by several guests. Some criticisms included issues with room layout, breakfast variety, and accessibility for those with mobility concerns, but these were less frequent than the positive remarks.
