Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the area and attending local events. The staff received consistent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many reviewers also highlighted the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as beautiful views from certain rooms and terraces. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of air conditioning, which made rooms uncomfortably warm, especially when noise from the piazza prevented them from opening windows. Noise from the surrounding area was a common complaint for rooms facing the square. Despite these issues, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out in the reviews.
