Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative, citing poor service, lack of cleanliness, and issues with food safety and hygiene. Many guests experienced long wait times at check-in and in the restaurant, unhelpful or overwhelmed staff, and maintenance problems throughout the hotel. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's location and found the pool area enjoyable, especially for families and children. A few reviews mention positive experiences with specific staff members and the animation team, but these are exceptions in an otherwise disappointing overall experience.
