Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, beautiful beachfront location, and enjoyable pool facilities. However, many reviews highlight that the rooms and facilities are outdated, with some mentioning cleanliness issues and the need for renovations. While the service and atmosphere are generally appreciated, there are recurring complaints about room conditions, amenities, and value for price. Overall, the positive experiences with staff and location stand out, but improvements are needed in room quality and maintenance.
