Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location and proximity to local attractions or transport. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Service is also criticized, particularly regarding communication, self-check-in issues, and lack of staff availability. While some found the beds comfortable, opinions on bed comfort are mixed. Overall, the negatives regarding cleanliness and service outweigh the positives, though the location remains a strong point.
