Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing restaurants and attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with rooms and common areas described as well-maintained. However, some guests found the rooms to be small or not well-furnished, and parking was occasionally an issue, with limited spaces or confusing arrangements. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding location and service.

Wonderful
Andrea, Oct 2019
Pros (+) The hotel is located in downtown Modena, basically at walking distance to the local markets and all the main landmarks of the town. The staff is super friendly and will help you on anything you'd ask. The rooms are very clean and quiet.
Cons (-) very minor: a few more hooks in the bathroom would be helpful
