Guests overwhelmingly praised the exceptional service, attentive and friendly staff, and the overall hospitality, with many noting thoughtful gestures and multilingual support. The onsen baths, both public and private, were highly appreciated for their quality and relaxing atmosphere. Meals, especially breakfast and dinner served in-room, were consistently described as delicious and beautifully presented, accommodating various dietary needs. Cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms also received high marks, contributing to a comfortable and memorable stay. A few minor issues were mentioned, such as food taste preferences and occasional maintenance concerns, but these did not detract from the overall positive experience.
