Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bugs, and musty smells. Service was also a major concern, with reports of rude staff, slow check-in, and unhelpful responses. However, many guests appreciated the breakfast and found the pool to be a positive feature, even if some noted issues with cleanliness or noise. Overall, while the location and price were sometimes praised, the negatives around cleanliness and service were prominent.
