Guests frequently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and satisfying breakfast offerings. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the overall value. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness in some areas, particularly the pool and carpets, as well as negative feedback regarding expensive or limited parking. Some guests also noted maintenance issues and dated facilities, but these did not overshadow the positive experiences for most visitors.
