Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring Milan and accessing public transport. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a strong point, with many guests describing the rooms as clean and comfortable. However, noise levels were a significant issue for several guests, especially due to nearby bars and poor sound insulation, which affected sleep quality. Some guests also noted small room sizes and occasional issues with air conditioning and bathrooms, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives in most reviews.
