Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near public transport and city attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff, unexpected extra charges, and poor communication. Cleanliness was a major concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Many guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing hidden fees and low-quality facilities. Bathrooms were often described as small, dirty, or lacking essentials, further detracting from the overall experience.
