Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests are very satisfied with the hotel's excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, and central location close to major attractions. Cleanliness is consistently highlighted, with many reviews mentioning tidy rooms and well-kept facilities. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety and quality, though a few guests would have liked more options. While most found the rooms comfortable and spacious, there are occasional mentions of small rooms or dated bathrooms. Some negative feedback includes noise issues, minor maintenance problems, and rare dissatisfaction with management's response to complaints, but these are outweighed by the positive experiences.
