Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transportation, tourist attractions, and nearby amenities such as restaurants and cafes. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful. However, several guests report issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and small, dated bathrooms. Noise from trams and other rooms is also a recurring concern. While the hotel offers basic, functional accommodations, some guests feel the value for price could be improved, especially given the minimal furnishings and occasional maintenance issues.
