Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near metro stations and attractions, and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. Many reviewers highlighted the welcoming atmosphere, thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and snacks, and good value for money. However, some guests experienced issues such as room changes without notice, air conditioning problems, elevator safety concerns, and occasional cleanliness lapses, but these were outweighed by the positive experiences for most visitors.
