Guests say
Guests appreciated the convenient location and, in a few cases, friendly staff. However, the majority of reviews highlighted significant issues such as ongoing construction, poor cleanliness, closed or unavailable pool, disappointing breakfast, and problems with amenities like TV and room phones. Many guests were dissatisfied with the lack of communication about renovations and the state of the facilities, with several reporting safety and noise concerns. Overall, positives were limited to location and occasional good service, while negatives were frequent and severe.
