Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were highlights for many families, and several reviewers noted the overall comfort and coziness of the property. However, some guests experienced issues with room readiness, customer service, and amenities such as the TV, WiFi, and breakfast. There were also occasional complaints about noise, bed comfort, and maintenance, but the positives generally outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
