Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, the quality and variety of the breakfast, and its excellent accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Many reviews highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms and the convenient location. Some guests noted that the hotel has a clinical or hospital-like atmosphere, but this was generally understood as necessary for its focus on accessibility and care. A few negative comments mentioned issues with hygiene in specific areas, unfriendliness from some staff, and the sterile ambiance, but the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
