Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, broken amenities, and unhelpful service. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, maintenance issues, and lack of basic facilities like towels, working TV, or hot water. However, some guests appreciated the pet-friendly policy, reasonable prices, and convenient location. A few also noted that the area was quiet and staff were friendly in some instances, but overall, negative experiences outweighed the positives.

The entire facility failed to show evidence of "pride of ownership". There was a lack of hand rails on steps (outdoors) that were in need of leveling. The trim on the building was peeling and desperately needed painting. Screens to windows were broken. The building was under new management. The hotel lost our pre-paid reservation and was absolutely "no help" in solving the problem.

Cons (-) Below this level of accommodation would be incarceration or homelessness. Even though it is a budget hotel, the standards for general cleanliness should be better
