Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's service, especially staff members like Eduardo, and appreciated the convenient location near shopping and restaurants. However, several reviews highlighted negative experiences with bed comfort, cleanliness, and parking, including mandatory valet fees and unclear charges.
