Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, its cleanliness and comfort. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, especially at the front desk and restaurant, as well as issues with breakfast not being included or not matching the reservation. Several guests also felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing unexpected charges and dissatisfaction with amenities. While a few staff members received individual praise, overall service and value were common concerns.

Wonderful
KENNETH, Oct 2019
Pros (+) Staff is awesome ... front desk, housekeeping and restaurant.
Cons (-) Rooms are beginning to show age. Time to look at remodeling rooms! Would be nice to have better lighting in the rooms .... both natural and electric.

Pros (+) I love that the pool was open until 11pm. We got in late so it was nice to have that as an option for young kids who have traveled all day. Van was great at the airport. Speedy pick up!
Cons (-) Not many late night food options around. We got in late and we would have had to wait over an hour for a pizza to be delivered. So we opted for the little snacks at the hotel. Fine to eat but on the more speedy side!

Pros (+) Nice facility a little away from the hubbub.
Cons (-) Farther from Airport than it appears. Airport pickup is only by request. After 3 Marriott buses passed me, I asked a driver who told me that. Then I called. All the other Marriott locations had scheduled pickups. Nothing on the reservation told me to call.
