For a holiday weekend with thousands of people going in and due to the location this facility only had 1 elevator working. People were waiting as long as 1/2hr for an elevator. I had to use the stairs more than 5 times. If you are charging a fee it is expected to have all elevators working. We should have to pay any fee with 1 elevator working.

Dollar for dollar it was the worst investment and I was very dissatisfied with the customer service despite being a rewards member. No one was able to provide me with an early check in and when we finally did check in they gave us the wrong room number and we were knock...
