Wonderful
Robert, Dec 2022
I am not in the habit of routinely writing hotel reviews; however, I was very impressed with the AC Hotel in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach! The facility is new, with superb rooms. There is an outdoor lawn space and a rooftop pool. Bikes are available to borrow to ride up and down the beach, and a portion of the beach has chairs for the hotel guests. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was t...

Pros (+) Rooms were nice and the pool was nice. Location was close to the beach.
Cons (-) Poor service. Also the AC in our room didn't work. For 200 a night in south beach I would expect that the AC would be working properly. Additionally, the room was spendy, although it was expected for a last minute booking, but the hotel charged us an extra 20 dollars for a service fee for some odd reason. Also, there was only 1 server at the pool and she got off at 6. So guests that went to the po...

Very good
Jane, Dec 2016
Pros (+) Euro style, pleasing to the eye. Room was comfortable and we had everything we needed (except for one day when they failed to leave us bath towels).
Cons (-) Food availability is a little lacking. We went up to the pool on the top level where we heard we might get lunch. Person shows up once in a while to take your order. Salads and sandwiches. Took a while for it to arrive. Breakfast buffet for $19 was fine. No restaurant in this hotel so you have to cast about the neighborhood for dinner. The bartender at the AC recommended an Italian place a block a...
