Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often describing it as strategic, central, or perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was another highlight, with many guests enjoying the quality and service, especially on the rooftop terrace. However, several reviews noted significant noise issues, both from inside and outside the hotel, which affected comfort for some. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of unclean rooms, missed housekeeping, and maintenance issues. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced communication difficulties or unresponsiveness. Overall, the location and breakfast stand out as positives, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, noise control, and service consistency.
